Tips for Good Temporary Tattoo Art

What Image Files do you use?
We can work with .jpg, .eps, .tiff or any image, even Microsoft Word documents. But if you really know your stuff, send us an .EPS at 300dpi with the colors defined as CMYK.

We never charge extra for colors or white. To get the colors just right see our Color Chart and give us the PMS number when ordering.

Our Color Trick: At we like to print a white coat under the colors. This little trick keeps the color correct and vibrant on Any skin type.

White Ink.
Remember tattoos end up on the skin, not on paper. So if we don’t print white ink, there is no white. There is no charge for white, just let us know where you need it.

Can you help me with my design?
Yes, TattooFun’s art department would love to help! There may be a small design fee, but we will work with you to make sure it is exactly what you were hoping for.

Can I get a proof?
Yes, the art department at TattooFun can create a PDF proof of your image at No Additional Charge. Each proof is sized appropriately so you can print it out and see the actual size. You may even want to cut the image out and put it in your skin to see if it’s the right size for your needs.

Can I have my website printed on the back?
For a small set-up fee we can print anything thing you like on the back of the tattoo sheet, but in black ink only.

When you are designing the image for you temporary tattoo, it’s important to remember that the image ends up on skin not paper. And skin is imperfect and skin tones can differ from one person to the next.

At TattooFun we review every order to make sure that your image is the best it can be to make the best temporary tattoo possible. We NEVER just process what you sent us without carefully reviewing first.
